We have a 14-day returns policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damage and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will then be able to evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

14-Day Reflection Period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason.
